You have two ways to fix this, - Use JapharFlasher with RS232 cable to PC (with RS232 port) + RJ45 cable to Router, and flash a compaitble SSL to your DM8000HD - Replace the old Ferrari Sim by a Japhar Sim and your box will work again great (and support as well the new Kernel 3.2 drivers).
