The putty software logging will work in any situation, booting, crashing, flash mode/recovery mode etc.
So it's important to setup properly Putty and have it showing the console.
Try with another computer,
Admin I have the same settings on the Drembox 900 and 920 logs but not on the tub so the problem can't be the computer system.
