It's normal that you have the same problem, as you didn't changed the ISO Characters used in your Channel List (Bulgarian and Chinese).
[eDVBTextEncodingHandler] unsupported table in encoding.conf: iso6397.
[eDVBTextEncodingHandler] encoding.conf: couldn't parse bul iso6397
[eDVBTextEncodingHandler] unsupported table in encoding.conf: iso3166-2.
[eDVBTextEncodingHandler] encoding.conf: couldn't parse cn iso3166-2
4097 is correct, why are you changing it ? It has nothing to do with the Chinese or Bulgarian language used that is not compatible.
These two ISO are not supported by the image, you need to remove these channels or change the names of the channels to have them using standard ISO.
