Help Boot not loading

Hello. First of, sorry if this is not the right spot to post a topic. I'm newbie. If yall can tell me where to post/move this topic to the right spot I will be thankful. So, my DreamBox is not loading (boot). When I turn it on and enter by ftp it says that I don't have a valid operating system. Does anyone know how to fix it? I already tried to flash with a new version but it's not working. Is there any program that I need to update the boot or something? Thank you.
