Hello, The screenshots looks like to be from the ALLSIM SSL or JapharFlasher. You have a DM800HDse v1 box, and next thing to do would be to open the box and check the sim card in the box. Can you let us know which sim is in the box ? You have here the various sims in photos, let us know which one is yours.
