See this topic, http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=16897You can fix the box only using the DreamUp software or JapharFlasher, with a RJ45 cable from Box to Router/Modem, and a USB cable from service mini-usb port of the Box to the PC USB port.
