which box you have ?! If DM800se or DM500HD then nfidump file for extract images form last version of BA was expired and there is no new version (gutemine) Stopped to supported OE2.0 he move to OE2.2 only ... Try with Meoboot plugin ...
If you have DM800HD (Clone) then install BA V11.3e work fine ...
