You are meaning the Front Display (LCD screen) not TV screen ...

It is very easy to solve it:
-Just open skin.xml file and search for all screen (Summary)
such as (MenuSummary or ChannelSelection_summary or InfoBarSummary)
-Then delete those screen or just rename it to add number 2 as like (MenuSummary2 or ChannelSelection_summary2 or InfoBarSummary2). After that save file and do restart enigma2.

That is all ...

after that you can downlaod from feed new skins for Front Display (If the feed have it) and you can change from:
menu > setup > system > GUI settings > Display skin
