There is no bad questions, we all learn everyday, and hopefully as otherwise we would not be on this earth anymore if we would not learn all the time ;o). Yes, you will have to flash the ALLSIM SSL then turn off the the box. Then replace the sim and will be able to flash any Japhar image on your DM800HDse V2 box. Remember one thing, the button on the back can be used ONLY when you have the old sim in the box, as it loads the SSL for that Sim to boot and flash the box. From the moment you upgrade to Japhar, you will have to use the frontpanel button as the original box to flash an image to the box in the normal way with the Web interface. For Japhar (and all the other sim in fact), we developped the JapharFlasher, same as DreamUp, but for Japhar Sim. You can also use it if you don't want to use the Web interface.
