Yeah indeed what TS says, it seems to me that it may be related to one or more bad caps of the 1.3v voltage circuit. The C112/C113/C114, more about which caps it may be you can see here. Check at least visual if you see some leakage on top of the caps, or make/post/show a picture of the motherboard so that we/I could check it.
