Give us link to download the driver (the exact one that you confirm that works), and we will look at it, TS Hello ! I have issue with my DM900uhd japhar sim using dvb-c fbc tuner. No image found it. Updated and still no tuner...
Tuner : bcm31588 fbc cable v0.2
I found .deb update of dvb-module but openpli or openatv only accept ipk.
