Connect a USB Cable to the service port on the back of the receiver, and the other end to your PC with Putty set at the correct COM Port at 115200 bps (Be sure of the COM Port, that you can find on the Computer Hardware details).

This will let you have a log when the box boots, and know exactly the situation, and you will have access to the console of the box, so the internal bootloader, generally it helps to solve all issues.
