You can use the JapharFlasher 1.1, that one is supporting as well the DM800HDseV2. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=9476#Post9476Also are you sure you used the right Japhar Sim with the right MAC address that is destinated to the box (it must be the same MAC as the original chip).
