Try to install this image, also the boot is long as the DMM anti-clone security on the latest drivers we use is doing a lot of computation... so it would take few minutes to boot. Flash the SSL84J, then reboot and flash the image (don't flash after any SSL on top of the image, the ssl is already built-in in the image). If you still have problems, please post a foto of the LCD screen and where it is of the boot (screen of TV as well).
