First thing you need to know is if your serial port is working.
Connect the box with a rs232 null modem cable, and check with a rs232 terminal modem software as Putty or Hyperterminal if the port still working.
And nearly forgotten to say.., Use wxp and a pc with a real db9 rs232 comport to flash the box. Only got W7 and PC has a real RS232 com port which is working johnny Please do me a full screenshot of the JapharFlasher when you try to flash the DM800HD box, and don't use any "tool", just run it and do the screenshot of all the JapharFlasher window when it stays/freezes so I can see all details at that point.
