We sent you your sim the 16.04.2015, so this means before June 2015 when we published the BetaV2 OS for the Sim, so you would need to flash the new OS on the OS Section of the DM500HD into the sim using a PC/SC Windows Reader/Programmer. All Windows smartcard readers are PC/SC.

Ti abbiamo inviato il tua sim il 2015/04/16, quindi questo significa prima di giugno 2015, quando abbiamo pubblicato la Beta V2 OS per la Sim Japhar, per cui si avresti bisogno di flashare il nuovo sistema operativo della Japhar per DM500HD nella sim utilizzando un lettore PC/SC di Windows. Tutti i lettori di smartcard Windows sono PC/SC (Usiamo il GCR2 disponibile su http://www.japhar.com/japhar). Altri membri qua che sono in Italia con il GCR2 possono anche aiutarti a riprogrammarla, pero meglio che sia via PM.
