Hello Karbo, Yes, you understood perfectly. The Japhar NC3 sim is reprogrammable, we publish the OS to load into the Sim card and you can reflash it for another box. Today it's DM800HDse, tomorrow it can be for DM500HD if you flash the DM500HD OS. You will need a PC/SC Compatible Programmer/Reader, we use the GCR2 that you can find here, http://www.japhar.com/japhar/Admin Dear Japhar geeks, I plan to buy your sim and I wanted to ask you one question. You say, that the SIM is fully programmable. Is it possible to switch the OS even between different DM models? For example if I buy Japhar NC3 DM800SE, is it possible to reprogramme it to DM500HD?
