When you have Not found in most cases your sim died, so a new sim would most probably resolve your issue. If you loaded a new image then it could be that it was a wrong image, you can easily solve this issue on DM800HD as mostly all Clone images are compatible with the Japhar Sim SuperSim3. Today we believe the best for DM800HD is to swap the old sim to the new one, so you can then load any clone image into your box. Easy and simple, and you gain access to the latest generation of images that support IPTV. You can get it here, http://www.japhar.com/japhar/On the last case you can restore your box if you loaded the wrong image, with tools such as JapharFlasher or DreamUp patched, with a RS232 cable, but this only if it was a bad image loaded and not that the sim card died.
