You can install any Channel List you want, it will work if it's done properly. Generally it's better to use tools such as DreamSet or DreamEdit.

Also generally it's better to do a normal install with a scan of the satellites with the original image you installed, just to be sure all work fine in your hardware/box.

I personally do my own list by hand with DreamSet as I want and need it, and I think it's better than using public lists that generally are not the best I think.
